Orgasm Energy

When the spiritual beings known as Abraham was asked, “What would give you the most pleasure in this life experience?” Abraham replied, “Sex.” Not being “tongue in cheek” Abraham continued “anything that is physical and sensual - anything that is amplifying the existence of the source energy in a physical body.”

“Sexuality in its purest form is what source energy really is. In other words, there is no difference in the energy in that you call sexuality and in the energy in that which you call the pure essence that which you are.”- Abraham Hicks

The orgasm transcends and encompasses the entire fabric of your being. To have a full body orgasm is to surrender to the flow of biological energy, free of any inhibitions, and completely discharge all the sexual excitation through the involuntary, pleasurable convulsions of the body. Your emotional, physical and spiritual beings must be in harmony. The energy must be synchronized for a full body orgasm to occur.

Your emotional health is directly proportional to the awareness and acceptance of all of your feelings. As I have mentioned before your emotional health depends upon your ability to feel all your feelings without judgement. Your capacity to experience complete, whole-body orgasmic release during the sexual act is directly related to your emotional health. In addition, a full energetic discharge during the sexual act is one of the most healing experiences, both physically and emotionally, that a person can have.

Being able to feel your feelings allows you to experience full body orgasms, and full body orgasms allow you to feel more deeply. Each reinforces the other in a symbiotic relationship. The common denominator is the flow of life force energy. The energy cannot be forced purely by thought or by the will. As discussed in earlier chapters, by discovering your blind spots, your truth, and learning who you are, you will be able to feel more deeply thus allowing your energy to flow more freely.

If nothing else, just remember to feel ALL your feelings with an intention to grow as a loving human being, and the quality of your lovemaking will improve!

Particle or a Wave?

Someone asked me about what I wrote last month on "You are the Light of the World!" blog where I said everything is a particle or a wave.

There is a famous physics experiment that shows when things get really small that the energy of the observer (i.e. the life force energy of conscious thought) can affect the results. The easiest explanation seen was in the movie "What The Bleep" in the cartoon:

Physicists call this the "collapsing of the wave function." The physicist and Nobel Prize winner Eugene Wigner ventured that consciousness was the key to this mysterious process. Consciousness it your life energy - in essence, it is the energy of your soul.

On a sub-atomic level you have the ability to change your reality simply through your conscious observation and the power of your thoughts. By understanding this principle of physics and the energy in you, the cosmic connection of all your thoughts affects the entire world population and the universe. The way you feel and perceive (how you observe it to be) creates that world.

Dark Energy, Matter and You

Many properties and explanations of energy in its many forms are still a mystery. Energy is matter. Matter is energy. Everything is energy. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. YOU are an energy being of consciousness, mind-body and spirit. Like you, the latest discoveries indicate that the universe is full of unknown matter and energy.

Astronomers and scientists in astrophysics are stumped by discoveries relating to the nature of the universe. In researching the forces that move galaxies, they have found unknown energies and matter they cannot explain. The unknown energy was named dark energy, not because it is dark in color, but because it unexplainable. The term entered the astronomical circles in the late 1990’s, after astronomers surveyed exploding stars (called supernovas) in a number of distant galaxies. These researchers found that the supernovas were dimmer than they should have been, implying that they are further away than they should have been based an expanding universe (i.e The Big Bang Theory). Their research points to a mysterious force that is acting against the pull of gravity that is not “anti-gravity” or some polarized energy causing galaxies to move away from one another at ever greater speeds than was first theorized. It is a new, unexplainable energy.

Initially, researchers questioned the galaxies’ positions. Possibly the supernovas were dimmer because their light was being blocked by clouds of interstellar dust, or maybe the supernovas themselves were actually dimmer than scientists thought. By checking and looking at more data, those explanations have been proven erroneous. Thus there is an unknown, dark energy at work. Furthermore, they have found an unexplainable dark matter as well.

Based on the latest research, if you include the Earth, the moon, all the planets, all the stars, all the heavy elements and free floating gases in the universe, then it would make up only about 5% of the composition of the cosmos. The other 95% of the cosmos is this unknown dark matter (30%) and dark energy (65%).

Our 21st century science cannot explain the vast majority of energy forces of the cosmos. Can it be possible that you are unaware of forces of energy working in your everyday mind as well as in your body and spirit?

Therefore, what is the life force energy, chi, Qi, mana, prana, and what Wilhelm Reich called the Orgone energy? You are an energy being with the conscious will to do and be anything you choose. Are you willing to explore the unknown energy in you?

The Seat of the Soul

Because I have a science/engineering background I tend to put things in terms of science. I believe this makes it easier for me to understand. That's probably why I enjoy science fiction as well as spiritually (in this case the "New Physics") related fiction. Another quote from Dan Brown's Angels & Demons:

Science is the new God - medicine, electronic communications, space travel, genetic manipulation. These are the miracles about which we now tell our children. These are the miracles we herald as proof that science will bring us the answers.
The ancient stories of immaculate conceptions, burning bushes, and parting seas are no longer relevant. God has become obsolete. But science's victory has cost every one of us. And it has cost us deeply.

Science may have alleviated the miseries of disease and drudgery and provided an array of gadgetry for our entertainment and convenience, but it has left us in a world without wonder.

Even our self-worth as human beings has been destroyed. Science proclaims that Planet Earth and its inhabitants are a meaningless speck in the grand scheme - a cosmic accident.

Even the technology that promises to unite us, divides us. Each of us is now electronically connected to the globe, and yet we feel utterly alone. We are bombarded with violence, division, fracture, and betrayal. Skepticism has become a virtue. Cynicism and demand for proof has become enlightened thought.

We cry out for meaning. And believe me, we do cry out. We see UFOs, engage in channeling, spirit contact, out-of-body experiences, mind quests - all these eccentric ideas have a scientific veneer, but they are unashamedly irrational. They are the desperate cry of the modern soul, lonely and tormented, crippled by its own enlightenment and its inability to accept meaning in anything removed from technology.

Is it any wonder that humans now feel more depressed and defeated than they have at any point in human history?

Look to the heart!

When we speak of the mind, you automatically think of the brain. The brain is just part of the mind. Think not only from the brain but from the heart – the brain plus the heart is the mind. Science is needed and required to alleviate disease and drudgery but one must look back to the heart. If the brain is science then the heart is the seat of love and spirituality.

When you identify or gesture toward yourself, where do you point? Most of us would point at our chest—in other words; you naturally point toward your heart. It is scientifically proven that many of the same type of transmission cells of the brain can be found in the heart. Your brain is an amazing device for associative memory and thought processes, but the heart is THE seat of the soul.

The heart is the most powerful organ. The electromagnetic energy generated by the heart is the strongest in your body. It sends and receives a broad spectrum of frequencies of energy over time in and out of the body. The brain's power pales in comparison to the energy it generates. The energy IS the energy of love.

Many people associate being in love exclusively with another person. Usually, love is described in terms of another person. However, love is not the exclusive domain for loved ones, family, and marriage. Love is a conscious form of energy. Love is the life force energy that pervades all nooks and crannies of the universe. It exists in the mundane aspects of life such as doing the dishes, watering the garden, and feeding your cat. You'll find it in the water you use in your garden and the food that you eat and feed your cat. You'll find it in the chair you're sitting in, the house you live in, and the car you drive. It is found in the spaces between all matter and the vacuum of space. It is in this blog you are reading.

When you speak of Eros and Love (orgasm energy), it this usually refers to a relationship with another person as well, but it is also the energy that arises from connecting with a soulful event or activity. For example, you go on an exercise routine and you feel that rush. Or, you play your favorite sport and you are just in the zone. You can be in relationship with a soulful event or activity as well. Maybe you've hit that golf ball for the six-thousandth time on that same old 18th hole and you have that drive to continue to improve that swing. This is now the body-mind connection.

In one of her most famous songs, Whitney Houston says, "Learning to love your self is the greatest love of all." True enough. You can never give what you do not have. In order to love beyond yourself, first learn to love yourself from the inside out. Inside you is the connection to the higher-power, the higher-self, or if you like the ‘God'-self. Now you can balance the mind, body and spirit.

Do you cry out for meaning? Look to the mind-body-spirit of you. It's all in there. Unlike the Angels & Demons speech in the book find what feels true to you that may help. It may be "channeling, spirit contact, out-of-body experiences, mind quests - all these eccentric". It may be a loving activity, sport, or organization. OR, it may be an organized religion. Your own enlightenment is found in finding you.

The Light and the Dark

Again, art imitates life. Dan Brown’s Angel & Demons book reflects the current personal conflict the light in dark in all of us. I enjoy the premise and the Darkness & Light message that the book portrays in it’s religious and science characters, and from the science fiction.

The book’s science and religious premise is matter created from nothing:

"... matter can be created from nothing, that the Big Bang and Genesis can be explained simply by accepting the presence of an enormous source of energy... call it God, Buddha, The Force, Yahweh, the singularity, the unicity point-call it whatever you like - the result is the same. Science and religion support the same truth - pure energy is the father
of creation.
... what does the Bible say about the Creation? What did God create? ... light and dark, heaven and hell - everything in opposites. Symmetry. Perfect balance. Science claims the same thing as religion, that the Big Bang created everything in opposites.”

There is light and dark, good and bad in all of us and we must acknowledge them both. Not act out from both but acknowledge we have the potential of quote-unquote “evil” in us all. By denying this essential truth we the energy of the “dark”, the “bad”, the “evil”, or whatever you want to call it goes underground. It is from this denial that it is acted out.

Can you honestly acknowledge that you have the darkness as well as light. Most of us like to only acknowledge the light which IS where we should focus! But, denial of the darkness just sends it underground. Do you have the potential to be evil? I know I do!

We have an ideal image of who we are. It is the mask that we balance the real people that we are.

The Idealized Mask is not real! It is what we pretend to be so that our parents, caretakers and later society will accept us. But, this stops you from discovering the “real you.” The mask prevents you from seeing the truth of the present moment. The character of the mask exists as a defense mechanism to help hold together, hold up, hold on, hold in, or hold back your life force energy from the possibility of getting emotionally hurt.

Working purely from the mask, you will move from one coping mechanism to another. When one fails, you usually learn another way to cope with a situation. Many therapies and counselors specialize in developing coping mechanisms. This does work and does allow you to be a functional citizen, but are you real? The goal is to pierce through the mask to see what is hiding underneath.

Hiding just beneath the idealized mask-self is the “darkness” or lower-self sometimes referred to as the shadow self. The shadow is shunned by society and you because it contains all your past hurts, wounds, traumas, and emotional scars. When we perceive that we are being hurt, rejected, or violated we feel anger, hate and rage. When we are acting from anger, hate and rage, then this is from the shadow-self. The shadow side and primal wounds are from the violations of the core truth and values. You may have placed value judgments on these “bad emotions,” but all emotions are valid. Emotions just are.

Our literature and entertainment constantly presents examples of the shadow self. From the classic Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, to old radio program “The Shadow”, and to the TV fascination with psychotic “profiling” and crime shows, you may be fascinated with the shadow or lower-self. “Good versus evil” entertainment is everywhere and it is popular. We personally keep ours hidden beneath our mask, and popular fiction allows us to act it out. Art does imitate life and not the other way around.

Crime, murder, rape, war, and the entire military industrial machine of nations are the acting out of the lower-self. Right now you can live in peace and harmony if you heal and then acknowledge, love, and accept this “Dark” aspect of yourself and allow it in others.

The goal is to acknowledge the darkness within you and truly feel the pain for the first time, thus freeing your psyche from being controlled by it. By working with and acknowledging this darker part of your being you can pierce through it to the higher self or real you.

The real you is the “light”. This is your core. This is life force source energy. It is pure love, your connection to God and your soulful impulse to expand and grow. Within all of us is this natural social and sexual being of love, the source energy of all spontaneous joy, and the capacity exist and operate with great pleasure.

To reach the core is to understand the idealized self that you may act from AND acknowledge the “Dark” within. From this understanding and acknowledgement the real “Light” in you can shine through. You have the ability for the FBO unrestrained joy and pleasure experience in everything life has to offer.

You are the Light of the World!

In the 21st century, the boundary between spirituality and science is no longer clear. Matter and energy are interchangeable. All matter exists as a particle and a wave.

The physicist Max Planck discovered that the energy of heat radiation forms discrete “energy packets” called quanta. When physicists work and discuss the very, very, very small or the sub-atomic scale, they are in the realm of what is called quantum physics. Quantum physics postulates that all forms of electromagnetic radiation can appear not only as waves, but also a quantum of electromagnetic radiation or simply photons of light. Just a small portion of the frequency range of electromagnetic radiation is the common spectrum of light that allows your eyes to see.

On a sub-atomic or quantum level, everything is a particle or a wave. This is yet another duality of your reality. Scientists and physicists have continued to look at this phenomenon for centuries. This is nothing new. Light sometimes acts like a wave and not a particle of matter. We also know now that light is not just a wave but also a photon of matter. The nature of the universe is duality.

The whole universe is nothing but inseparable energy patterns which are set by you, the conscious observer. Matter is in all potential positions simultaneously until you consciously look at it. Quantum theory states that at the subatomic level a “real world” doesn't exist until an observer looks at it. The universe has infinite possibilities and it collapses to one “reality” depending upon the observer. In other words, whatever reality you believe and have faith as being “real” is real. Thoughts become things.

Everything and everyone are made up of atoms. Atoms are made up of particles known as electrons, neutrons, and protons. It is an indisputable fact that energy and matter are interchangeable. Einstein’s theory and the theory’s application in the nuclear age have proved the theory as fact. You are made of matter and energy.

What if you were able to shrink to the size or scale of an electron or photon of light? Electrons are the small particles of matter circling the center or nucleus of an atom. Think about this size is very, very, very small. You would be less than 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000162 meters in size. You are now at the quantum scale where the classical Newtonian rules of physics or your observation of reality break down.

Physicists have done numerous experiments where they discovered that small bits of matter act just like a wave in a pool of water. Specific reactions occur when waves of water ripple on the surface of a pond passing around objects and leaving wave patterns on the edge of the pond. The scientists saw and noted the resulting patterns of very small matter acting just like the waves of water. Later, they created observation devices in order to see exactly how particles of matter at this small scale pass around objects. Something very different occurred.

When physicists observed the small bits of matter passing around objects one bit at a time something interesting happened. The bit of matter no longer acted like a wave in a pool of water. It acted very differently. The conscious observing human beings, the physicist, by the act of observing changed the results. At this small scale of size the little bit of matter acted as if it was aware it was being watched by a conscious being. Instead of being wave-like rippling across a pond’s surface in many directions, it decided to choose one possible direction. In other words, matter seems to have an infinite potential to ripple across time and space in any direction or in infinite possibilities. Since everything and everyone is made up of these tiny bits of matter, you have infinite possibilities.

So what is reality? Are we particles of matter or waves? What are the waves? Are they infinite possibilities of potential? What do you as the conscious observer have to do with any of this? We already know that matter is energy. We know that duality is everywhere in nature. We also know that your consciousness is a measurable form of energy. Now, if particles of matter have infinite possibilities to be anything and you consciously observe matter then you can create your own reality through conscious thought. Is this so big a leap in faith to accept that you create your reality by what your energetic mind thinks?

When you speak of the visible light we see, or the electromagnetic spectrum of light, there is a cosmic speed limit of 299,792,458 meters per second (186,000 miles per second)—light speed. According to Einstein’s theories, you cannot go faster than light speed because as you approach the speed of light you approach infinite mass and require infinite energy to go as fast. This is the current scientific (fact or belief) information.

The quantum physicists have discovered that all matter is entangled. There have been experiments undertaken where two pieces of matter were put in proximity to one another and were set to vibrate at a certain state. One piece was moved to another laboratory on the other side of the country. When changes of state were done to one bit of matter, instantaneously the other bit of matter would also change. A change to one bit of matter transcended time and space, affecting a change in another bit of matter. Instantaneous communication breaks the cosmic speed limit. Or, there is no time. Or, all matter is connected or entangled. All is one. Therefore, if there is no time, or all matter is entangled and you are made up of matter, then we are all instantaneously in contact with each other or we are all connected. We are all one.

When a quantum physicist speaks of matter, they refer to packets of energy or quanta. Quanta have also been described as photons of light. When a theologian speaks of “you are the light of the world” and “the light in you,” you are brilliant bits of light or quanta. At the quantum level, you truly are the light of the world. Collectively, we are all brilliant points of light entangled with each other, all of nature and the universe.

Your light represents your consciousness. In your everyday language we say that an idea must be “brought into the light” to mean a greater understanding. Or, if you are confused, you may say, “We need to shine more light on the subject.” The full spectrum of light is needed.

In a recent Huffington Post Blog by Linda Savage she quotes a client:

"At the moment of orgasm I knew that I was in a great, golden light and I experienced myself as transparent, luminous energy. I saw seven star-like, golden, swirling points that lined up in my body. I did not know about the chakras at the time but later I discovered that that's what I saw. My energy centers looked like radiant golden lights in my body." What she had visualized was the life force freely flowing through all seven energy centers that were illuminated and energized by her orgasm.

Have an FBO to expand the light of the world!

"Ecstasy of St Teresa" a Spiritual FBO Blissful Experience

Dan Brown's book (and movie) Angels & Demons, refers to the Bernini's Baroque statue "Ecstasy of St. Theresa". The Langdon character notes that her encounter had probably been more sexual than spiritual.

"Beside me, on the left, appeared an angel in bodily form... He was not tall but short, and very beautiful; and his face was so aflame that he appeared to be one of the highest rank of angels, who seem to be all on fire... In his hands I saw a great golden spear, and at the iron tip there appeared to be a point of fire. This he plunged into my heart several times so that it penetrated to my entrails. When he pulled it out I felt that he took them with it, and left me utterly consumed by the great love of God. The pain was so severe that it made me utter several moans. The sweetness caused by this intense pain is so extreme that one cannot possibly wish it to cease, nor is one's soul content with anything but God. This is not a physical but a spiritual pain, though the body has some share in it - even a considerable share."

It’s a metaphor for some serious sex – serious joy and pleasure - a serious spiritual full body orgasm experience.

Bernini created it from 1647-52 and it’s located in the chapel of Santa Maria della Vittoria, Rome. Saint Theresa describes her intensely spiritual experience in very physical, even sexual terms. Theresa is describing spirituality in physical and sexual terms so that we can understand the unrestrained joy and pleasure to be found in body, mind, and spirit.

Why? How can we ordinary mortals hope to understand the intensity and passion of this true spirituality except in terms of the physical body? Being visited by an angel and filled with the love of God is no small experience.
